1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Number Link mini game. By opening or playing Number Link, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. The Game

Number Link is a casual logic puzzle game where players connect numbers in order, reveal hidden steps, use hints, and clear puzzle stages. The game may be offered through TikTok and related mini game services.

3. Account and Platform Access

The game may use TikTok platform features, including silent login, to create or retrieve a player identifier so that game progress, rewards, and basic gameplay state can be saved. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.

4. Virtual Items and Rewards

Coins, energy, hints, revive rewards, shortcut rewards, profile revisit rewards, and similar in-game items are virtual gameplay features only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game.

5. Advertisements

Some optional rewards may require watching a rewarded video advertisement. Rewards are granted only when the platform reports that the ad or mission has been completed successfully. Ad availability may vary by region, device, platform status, or network conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the game service, reverse engineer the game where prohibited by law, misuse platform APIs, upload malicious content, or use the game in a way that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Number Link, including its game design, artwork, user interface, text, code, and related assets, is owned by PIYUSH ENTERPRISES or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal entertainment.

8. Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game, adjust balance, modify rewards, fix bugs, or change these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when material changes are made.

9. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or continuous availability of ads or platform missions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIYUSH ENTERPRISES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game.
